We have purchased 2 Nautilus Carseats for both our cars. We were very happy with it when we had first purchased it. But since our son is very motion ill in general, we wanted to do some study only to see if there is any carseat that may especially help with that. After very much study, we circled returning to that one again (not because it does everything exclusive to prevent motion sickness), because that one was very sturdy and also our child is very comfortable in this one.

We have had the seat in both our own cars (Impala & Intrepid) for 6 months right now also it works great. My daughter (4yrs) adores the cubbies in the arm rests to put her treasures and the deep cup holder. She weighs is 35lbs/41 in . and suits well inside harness and I love that she can stay harnessed for some time longer. She can even loosen and unbuckle herself if we leave car.
It was a bit difficult to get a excellent secure match (no more than an inch wiggle) both in of our cars but my husband was able to do it in FIFTEEN minutes or so. One car uses the LATCH and the other the seat belt
